At Nativa Café, we offer 100% Arabica coffee, a high quality premium product that, from the origin, during storage and until roasting here in Spain, follows a rigorous and controlled process.

We only offer Specialty Coffee 80+.These coffees classified as “specialty coffee” meet the criteria set by the SCAA (Specialty Coffee Association of America). This means, broadly speaking, that these coffees go through a physical examination at it's green state and a sensory analysis once roasted (coffee cupping) where different attributes are evaluated: fragrance/aroma, flavour, acidity, and body. This meticulous sensory analysis is carried out by expert coffee tasters who give a score between 80+ and 100 SCAA points, giving higher marks to those exceptional coffees with a high complexity of flavours and aromas.

Our coffee is different from commercial coffee because of its unique flavor and aroma, thanks to a controlled selection from the origin to avoid defects. We defend a healthy product, roasted at its optimum point to bring out the warmth and sweetness of each coffee bean, maintaining the properties of this elixir of life.

In addition, it is roasted in small quantities to preserve its properties and freshness to the maximum. This results in a unique and authentic taste and aroma experience that can be enjoyed in every cup.

Another advantage of specialty coffee is that it is rich in antioxidants and other beneficial health compounds, making it a healthy choice to include in our daily diet.

Colombian coffees are recognized all over the world due to their flavour and quality. They are balanced sweet coffees, with a mild acidity and light/medium body. This is largely due to the care and dedication that goes into their harvesting. 

We collaborate with coffee growers who work under optimal conditions to select only the best quality, ripe coffee cherries, which guarantees an exceptional specialty coffee 

We specialise in Single Origin coffees.. This means that most of our coffees come from individual producers. We buy micro lots of coffee from a single farm.

In our online shop, we offer a wide variety of specialty coffees. You can buy your coffee beans and grind them fresh if you have a coffee grinder. 

You also have the option to order your coffee ground, you just have to select the type of method you use at home.. Furthermore, you can customize your order by selecting the coffee maker either Moka Pot (Italian), French Press (French Press), V60 Filter or Espresso. This way, you will be able to enjoy all the properties of your Colombian coffee in every sip of your cup, and fully enjoy the experience!

At Nativa Café we are committed to offering coffees from the best producing regions in the world, which is why East African coffees are a must. Our African coffee is grown, harvested and processed following high quality standards at origin.

This group of East African coffees come from countries such as Ethiopia, Burundi, Kenya and Tanzania, and are grown in areas with warm climates and high altitudes.

This region is very famous for its coffees with fruity, floral notes and high acidity. The harvesting process is done by hand and only the beans at their optimum ripeness and highest quality are selected to ensure an exceptional coffee.

We offer you a wide variety of high quality coffee options  carefully cultivated by coffee growers at origin. Our expert team makes an exquisite selection from diverse origins with flavour profiles to suit all your tastes and preferences.

Among our top choices are Burundi coffee, which stands out for its perfect balance of acidity, fruity notes and creamy body; and Ethiopian coffee, renowned for its unparalleled complexity, floral notes and high acidity.

As you can see, within the same coffee region, we can find coffees with very different profiles. This is due to different variables such as altitude, terroir (type of soil) and above all to the transformation process of the coffee from the harvested cherry to the dried seed. These processes can be: washed, natural, honey or controlled fermentation. 

In addition, for each of our coffees, the master roaster designs a specific roasting profile, highlighting the attributes that make our selected coffees unique and thus guaranteeing you the best experience in every cup.
