Variety : Yellow Gesha
Process : Natural
The Gesha variety is native to Ethiopia and is known for its delicate floral, jasmine, and peach scents. Thanks to this, it reached world fame and began to take seeds of this variety to other producing countries.
Why is it called yellow Gesha?
This coffee is called “yellow” because when the cherries reach their optimum ripening point they are not red as usual, in this case they are yellow.
Coffee processed with the “Natural” technique, which implies that the drying is carried out with the entire fruit (skin, pulp, and mucilage), the drying time depends on the weather and must be rigorously monitored to avoid the appearance of defects in the coffee beans.
We recommend grinding the right amount of coffee before its preparation, so you can enjoy the drink at its best. That is why we offer it in whole grain, but if you want it ground, select the option here depending on the type of coffee maker you use at home.
