This coffee has been cultivated and harvested by Gustavo Gómez and his family in Marquetalia (Caldas), part of the Colombian coffee region declared by UNESCO as Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
Coffee processed with the “Natural” technique, which implies that the drying is carried out with the entire fruit (skin, pulp, and mucilage), the drying time depends on the weather and must be rigorously monitored to avoid the appearance of defects in the coffee beans.
We recommend grinding the right amount of coffee before its preparation, so you can enjoy the drink at its best. That is why we offer it in whole grain, but if you want it ground, select the option here depending on the type of coffee maker you use at home.
